Alice Cotton is a major antagonist in the Japanese adult manga Reincarnation Colosseum.
Biography
Alice Cotton, one of the Holy Four, specializes in Spatial Magic as well serving the main antagonist, Priestess Zayd. She is a misandrist who absolutely hates men and considered them all "inferior creatures" as well she intend to turn every single men into women to be dress ups and having tea parties. She may look like a little girl, but she is nineteen years old.
Alice is the third opponent to the main protagonist, Mikagami Kouji after he defeated both Mary Landorott and Marl Baroque. Despite her efforts, she was defeated by Mikagami (who mastered Spatial Magic after he was trained by a mercenary Tio Clover). Mikagami used an extremely strong modified dose of psilocybe subcaerulipes spores to temporarily paralyze her, so that he could torment her causing her to piddle herself and faint. Since she lost consciousness, Mikagami was the declared winner, and she became Mikagami's third slave.
While Mikagami is dragging her to their level 3 hotel room, Alice is still a sore loser when she refusing to accept her defeat and acting like a spoiled brat. When remembering that two fellow members of the Holy Four are currently Mikagami's other slaves, Alice thinks that both Mary and Marl will kill Mikagami and help her escape. However, Alice's thoughts didn't turn out the way she believed, as Mary and Marl welcoming Mikagami while they were naked with only aprons on. Alice was soon forced to drink the aphrodisiac by Mary as well gotten herself raped by Mikagami along with both Mary and Marl. Alice's rape lasted for three days, but the combined dose of the strong mushroom spores combined with the aphrodisiac caused a reaction that permanently altered her brain, shifting her personality from the evil misandrist she was to the open loyalist she became. This is Alice Cotton's "mental death", as her old personality is killed completely by the spores and aphrodisiac, altering her brain to a new personality that is much more open and misogynistic.
Alice, in this new permanently altered state of mind, helps Mikagami win against her fellow member of the Holy Four, Fine Catastrophe, after she realized Fine was a cheater and sabotaged Fine's source of her cheating magic. She confronted to her former master, Zayd, who thought Mikagami must be cheating due to Alice helping him, but Alice revealed that while normal gladiators aren't allowed to help, sex slaves are, and since she was no longer a gladiator, she was fully allowed to help Mikagami. Zayd asks her how Alice, a misandrist, could ever help a man, and she responds with a blush. Zayd then realizes that Alice has been completely broken by Mikagami's plan, and knows that her niece is about to go through a similar thing. Alice then gives Zayd an option to either get lost before she would be arrested, or to become one of Mikagami's sex slaves. The crazed priestess chose to leave but angrily vowed that she will kill Mikagami, even if it is the last thing she does.
Alice then sees Mikagami dragging the whining Fine to the breeding room, and overhears as Fine reveals that she is actually a boy. Fine goes on to reveal how her aunt gender-swapped him on a deal they made, where after she caught him doing illegal magic, she wouldn't tell anyone if she became a girl and did her dirty work. Fine assums that since she was born a boy, Mikagami won't rape her. This is far from the truth however, as Mary and Marl force her to drink the aphrodisiac, and hold her down for Mikagami to breed. As Mikagami says that since Fine has a girl's body, he doesn't care if she was once a boy, and rapes her for three days straight, Alice, Mary and Marl helping him until Fine's brain is mush.
With Fine raped and bred, all four members of the Holy Four were disbanded, and officially became known as Mikagami's Harem, Alice included.
Appearance
Despite of her age, Alice has the appearance of a little girl with a blonde pigtail hair and magenta eyes. Prior to her defeat, she wore a little black dress with heart accessories and many bows. She also wore a large pink bow on the top of her head with this outfit. After becoming a sex slave when she was defeated by Mikagami, Alice wore a torn rag that barely covered her body, and a large metal slave collar around her neck. After being raped and being turned into a concubine, Alice was allowed to wear a modified version of her original dress (though she could not remove the slave collar) in public, but defaulted to wearing nothing at all whenever she was alone with the Holy Four and/or Mikagami.
Personality
She is a misandrist who absolutely hates men and considered them all as inferior creatures. She intend to turn all men and boys into beautiful women and cute little girls to play dress-ups and having tea parties. When she is losing against Mikagami, Alice (like Mary) is also a coward when he sadistically torments Alice causing her to piddle herself.
Even when she was defeated by Mikagami, she is such a sore loser who is being such a spoiled brat when she refused to accept her defeat at Mikagami. She is very delusional and extremely dimwitted (even more than Marl) when she thinks with both Mary and Marl's helps, they will kill Mikagami only shown the exact oppose when they are completely loyal to Mikagami and devoted their loves to him where Alice's attempted plot didn't turn out the way she planned as well she didn't realized Zayd was only used her (as well both Mary and Marl) as pawns as well the crazed priestess doesn't really care about them.
However, due to the chemical reaction caused by the strong poisonous mushroom spores combined with the even stronger aphrodisiac drug, and after her three day long rape and beating at the hands of Mikagami (assisted by Mary and Marl), combined with the effects of the drugs she intook, Alice's brain was permanently altered. She went from a massive misandrist to a massive misogynist. The mushroom spores combined with the aphrodisiac (and Mikagami) molded her brain from hating men into obsessing for them, and going from thinking women are superior to being adamant that women should serve Mikagami. She even went so far as to call her former boss a future sex slave for Mikagami. proving this change in personality. She also became very loyal to Mikagami after he raped her, and developed dimwitted lust for him as well having no problem being raped.
Even after learning Fine was once a boy, Alice still assisted in raping her. Her justification was that since she had a girl's body, she belonged to Mikagami, proving how far her mental state changed from her original way of thinking. This is also extremely hypocritical of her, as when Alice was first captured, she expected Mary and Marl to help her, but once Fine was enslaved, Alice encouraged Mikagami to rape her.

These changes make a person more open, and alter the brain's activity and connectivity.
