Biography
Following the defeat of the Shadow Warriors, Billy and Jimmy Lee make plans to continue their martial arts training. They join the Scorpion training hall led by Gordon, said to have made a good name for the "Scorpions". After Billy and Jimmy became teachers over the few months they were there, Anderson, envious of the brothers, shoots Wright and frames the Lee Brothers by marking Billy’s name in Wright’s blood.
When Billy was trying to explain to Gordon the truth, Anderson knocked down Gordon with a kick, deciding to get rid of all three declaring his intent to take over the Scorpions.
After Billy and Jimmy defeat Anderson, Billy comes to Gordon’s side, telling him they cannot give up the Scorpions.
Personality
Anderson is a typical evil martial artists who seeks power and control for his own desire. Not interested in serving a lower rank in the Scorpions, Anderson planned to usurp Gordon's place and take over leadership of the group, to corrupt it into a force loyal to him. While an skilled martial artists, Anderson felt envious of the Lee brothers' skills and felt their closeness to Gordon may endanger his plans, which made him take measures to prevent it. He also faked loyalty to Gordon in the situation, but quickly dropped the charade at the end for a chance to kill all three men together.
Anderson shows no moral or values in that he's willing to use extreme methods, such as murder and putting the blame on others, to obtain what he desires. He was confident on his skills, enough to take on the Lee brothers together at the end after knocking out Gordon.
Combat Capabilities
As an instructor at the Scorpions, Anderson is an adept and capable martial artists. In battle he can perform straight punches and a spinning kick, as well as block enemy attacks and perform a flying knee strike.
Anderson is also in possession of a gun, but he doesn't appear to use it in battle, and is only seen using it to kill Wright as part of his plan to frame the Lee brothers.
