The digital copy of Arthur Watts is the main antagonist of the 2023 two-part crossover film Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen.
After his original self transferred his conciousness into his digital copy of himself with the help of Kilg%re, he intended to remake the entire DC Universe in his image. He was also responsible for the events of the first digital world, as he trapped Team RWBY, Team JNPR, the Justice League, and Killg%re inside of it. Later, he and Kilg%re went to confront the heroes in the DC Universe before they were trapped inside the holotrap.
He is voiced by Christopher Sabat, who also voiced his original self in RWBY and King Piccolo and Vegeta in Dragon Ball.
Arthur Watts: For the wisest among us, there's always a way out. You think that you could get the drop on me? That you're smarter than me? You can't fight vision. Salem didn't have vision. Schnee didn't have vision. I was born to remake the world, and none of you ignorant imbeciles could ever measure up. Ruby Rose: Then why partner with Kilg%re? Yang Xiao Long: An actual idiot. Despite the original Watts' death, he created his own digital copy of himself so he could transferred his conciousness in here in DC Universe with the help of Kilg%re, so he could remake this entire world in his own image. At some point, he and Kilg%re worked together to create a virtual reality simulation in order to trap their enemies inside, which led both Team RWBY and Team JNPR's memories to be altered and the Justice League was reduced into weaker yet teenage selves who gained their Semblances and Faunus-like appearances in the world of Remnant. He also planned to trapped Kilg%re inside their first digital world behind his back.
Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen, Part Two
When Kilg%re (in Goliaths' body.) return to his lab, Arthur asked him about the success of the mission which he replied they should used the poison on the rest of Justice League. He reminds him that poisons won't work on the others since they have powers and they need to take down Batman so he wouldn't get in their way. Kilg%re began to argue that he's an A.I. who is stronger in the digital realm while Arthur doesn't have a body and just because the first digital world didn't work doesn't mean they couldn't try again. He assured Kilg%re the sooner they fix the program, the sooner they enter the phase three, so they could destroy the heroes again.
After modified Kilg%re's body into Beringels', Kilg%re asked him how does the body modification is taking so long despite being impressed with his specifications for the Grimm. Arthur replied that Grimms in the DC Universe aren't hard to program, but their project aren't that simple. They later discovered the Team RWBY managed to teleport themselves into DC Universe and devised their plans to destroy the heroes. Arthur mocked him for getting trapped inside Remnant's cyberspace while Kilg%re argued he used the same method to escape when he died. After he reminded Kilg%re that he needs his guidance in killing Justice League, Arthur asked him to fix his voice modulator. After that, he assured Kilg%re they'll be ready to finish the heroes since they're stronger now that he's here, no matter the obstacles. He orders Kilg%re to fix the chamber before they could move onto the final piece of his plan is about to fall into place and it will be masterful. Later, he tried to call Kilg%re to ask if it works before he breaks out of tank.
When Kilg%re meets up with Team RWBY and Justice League, Watts shows up behind them and knew what they're up to. He proceed to mocked Team RWBY's reactions of his return before he could be prepared to kill the heroes, but Blake reveals the three of DC supervillains are working for the heroes and they trapped him and Kilg%re inside a holotrap so the heroes could finish them all. Realized Cyborg is harnessing Dust algorithm and about what happened, Watts reports to Kilg%re about this and they decide to take matter into their own hands by taking control of the holotrap to torture the heroes. The city was changed into Amity Colosseum filled with Grimms as an audience where Watts reveals his intentions to remake the entire DC Universe in his own image before he changed it into Emerald Forest. He then summoned the Grimms to attack the heroes and prevents Weiss from attacking him. When Yang and Superman hold Kilg%re (possessing Wonder Woman) off, Watts change the Emerald Forest into Gotham City to prevent them from getting after his code.
He then summoned more Grimms to fought the heroes off and gleefully watches it before the Gotham City was changed into Atlas. When he tried to escape, Team RWBY went to confront him and Watts revealed himself to be the one's responsible behind his actions during the events of the first digital world. By admitted himself of intended of trapping Kilg%re inside the first digital world, Kilg%re went to possess him and they began to argue with each other before Team RWBY and Justice League are leaving them to be trapped inside the holotrap. Without them, the articial Grimms around the DC Universe has immediately disappeared as well and Team RWBY return back to Remnant after that.
