JAKQ Dengekitai
In 1977, Boss Iron Claw and CRIME begin their efforts to establish the world's largest crime family in Tokyo. After overseeing the sinking of the Earth Defence's aircraft carrier Sealand, the Tokyo Crime Boss is first seen reporting to Iron Claw but informs CRIME's leader of the set-backs caused by Daisuke Kujirai and the International Science Special Investigation Squad so is ordered to send Devil Killer to deal with the problem. Arriving in an unregistered crate at the Tokyo Defence Center, Devil Killer slaughters the ISIS Agents sent to investigate before going on a crime spree with the Crimers which includes gunning down businessmen and cops as well as stealing diamonds. After robbing the Japanese government's gold supply though, four cyborgs track the get away lorry and corner it before cornering CRIME's forces and revealing themselves as J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai. Devil Killer sends the Crimers but they are quickly dispatched in the first of many encounters.
Eventually, Shine initiates his end-game by having the Crimers build rockets on the Crime Fortress Island to bring Earth to his homeworld for strip-mining. However, the plan is uncovered by Goro and Karen after they are shot down on the Island with the Crimers being dispatched when the underground fortress explodes.
