Cyclops was a white evil cyclops. Cyclops was created by Finster. Cyclops can shapeshift. Cyclops was the main antagonist of the episode "The Green Candle" part 2. He is voiced by Richard Epcar.
History
Rita and Finster created cyclops and sent cyclops to earth to attack angel grove. Cyclops grew into a giant and shape-shifted into the megazord to fight the rangers. The ultra Zord drained the cyclops' power to shape-shift temporarily. Cyclops was sent to attack angel grove again but Tommy fought him. When cyclops grew giant, Cyclops was killed by the ultra Zord.
