Douglas is a major antagonist in the video game High on Life.
Biography
Prior to the events of High on Life, Douglas works for Garmantuous in his business of trafficking humans like drugs.
Outside his training tutorials and video feeds, the Bounty Hunter first encounters Douglas outside of their space suit not long before their battle, where Douglas adopts the persona of Dr. Joopy, pretending that Douglas has kidnapped his family, and needs the Bounty Hunter's help to save them. After the Bounty Hunter helps "Dr. Joopy" into Douglas' office so he can supposedly save his family, Douglas reveals himself and begins attacking the Bounty Hunter.
Due to a combination of Douglas' hangover and the Bounty Hunter's skill, eventually, the Bounty Hunter is able to take Douglas down and killing him. Although He can be killed early if the Bounty Hunter used Gus when Douglas was in his Dr. Joopy persona due to a lack of life from Douglas activates the autopilot in his suit the Bounty Hunter manger to defeat the suit and the corpse inside of it. No matter how the fight happens the Bounty Hunter chops off one of his tentacles to bring back as proof of kill.
Appearance
Douglas looks like a blue alien octopus.
