Biography

Hezel was presumably born in the 1890's in Germany and served in World War I. After the war, Hezel joined the foundation of the Nazi Party. In the 1930's, Hezel joined Project Phoenix alongside Erwin Rommel and Leo Steiner by Hermann Freisinger in the main goal of assassinating Adolf Hitler and forming the fourth Reich. When World War II broke out in 1939, Hezel oversaw multiple Nazi operations throughout Europe, primarily in concentration camps. He also came into contact with Carl Heinrich with problems regarding the French Resistance, led by Camille "Rousseau" Denis.

Legacy and Death

Due to his association within Project Phoenix, it made him a _target for assassination. Sometime between 1941 and 1945, Hezel was assassinated by Carver Butcher. He is later mentioned by Freisinger in 1945 shortly after Hitler's death.
