Take your time, Matt. I've been thinking about this for years...Michael Hastings torturing Mateo Cruz.
Michael Hastings is the secondary antagonist of the Criminal Minds episode "200". He is a traitorous CIA agent and serial rapist who is secretly allied with the terrorist group Regime Squad.
He was portrayed by Tahmoh Penikett, who also played Wes Keenan in Smallville, Gadreel in Supernatural, Darius in Need for Speed: Carbon and Nick Salvati in Arrow.
Biography
Early life
Hastings graduated summa cum laude from the CIA Academy and went to work as an analyst specializing in interrogation. Because of his intelligence and fluency in Parsi, Urdu, and Pashto, he moved up the ranks quickly, eventually becoming an elite field agent stationed in several countries in the Middle East.
In 2010, he was assigned to Operation: Classified, a mission in Afghanistan to capture Osama bin Laden, alongside FBI agents Jennifer Jareau and Mateo Cruz, who were on loan from the Bureau's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU). Hastings and fellow agent Tivon Askari were notorious for brutal interrogations, and at at one point, Hastings raped the wife of a suspected terrorist to make her give up her husband. When she refused, Askari killed her.
Eventually, Jareau and Cruz found out that Hastings and Askari were double agents, secretly working for the terrorist group Regime Squad. Before they could arrest the traitors, however, Hastings faked his own death by having his Regime Squad allies attack and bomb a convoy he was on, which also allowed Askari to escape and caused Jareau, who was pregnant, to suffer a miscarriage.

Three years later, Hastings and Askari resurface to kidnap Jareau and Cruz, intending to force them to give them the codes to a CIA database called "Integrity" so they can sell it to Regime Squad. Hastings watches from another room as Askari tortures them, taking special pleasure in seeing Jareau suffer until she reluctantly gives up the codes she was in charge of.
She eventually figures out who the second torturer is, and demands that Hastings show himself. Hasting does so, and takes off her clothes, intending to rape her. As intended, this provokes Cruz to give up his codes to save Jareau from being assaulted.
As Hastings begins to download the Integrity data to his cell phone, the rest of the BAU rushes in to arrest him and Askari and rescue Jareau and Cruz. In the ensuing gunfight, Askari is killed, and Hastings tried to escape. Jareau pursues him to the roof, and Hastings lunges at her, knocking them both over the edge.
Jareau's fellow BAU agent Emily Prentiss manages to save her just in time, however, while Hastings is killed in the fall, which also destroyed the cell phone and prevents Regime Squad from accessing the Integrity data.
