Nick O' Teen is a minor antagonist in the DC Comics universe. He is a cigarette-themed villain that tries to trick young children into smoking cigarettes. He is an enemy of Superman.
Nick O' Teen has orange hair and clothing, his name being on his shirt. He wears a cigarette-themed top hat with smoke coming out of it. He also wears an orange cape and sometimes carries a cane. Because of smoking, his teeth have turned yellow.
Personality
Nick O' Teen is bent on getting other people addicted to cigarettes. His main _targets are young children. He goes about this in all sorts of ways, telling lies and dressing up in costumes to try and deceive his victims. He himself is also extremely addicted to cigarettes, always carrying a large amount to give to his victims and to smoke himself. He also notably attempts to run or slink away whenever Superman shows up, without success.
Powers and Abilities
Nick O' Teen is a master manipulator, preying on the weak and vulnerable. He is also a master of disguise, having all sorts of different costumes that he wears so that his true identity is concealed. Other than his top hat having smoke coming out of it and the ability to cough up brown dust, he doesn't show any signs of super-powers.
Weaknesses
Due to his extreme addiction, Nick O' Teen couldn't bear being without his cigarettes. Superman is able to defeat him by simply taking his pack away and crushing it, causing him to cough up brown dust and then crawl away.
Biography
In his comic appearances, he is seen trying to influence children into smoking cigarettes. On one occasion, he tried to trick a young boy into smoking a pack, but luckily Superman appeared to stop him. Later, he is seen trying to get an entire group of children to smoke, but he is again thwarted and flown away by Superman. In other appearances, he is seen dressing up in costumes.
In his first animated appearance, he tried to get a group of street children to start smoking. Superman sensed this and flew in just in time to stop him, crushing his pack, quickly causing Nick O'Teen to beg Superman to leave him just one cigarette. In his next animated appearance, he showed up at a skate park and tried to get the children there to smoke, only to be thrown into the air by Superman. His last animated appearance involved dressing up as a wizard under the alias of "Nicko the Great" and preforming magic tricks with cigarettes in an attempt to get the children watching him to smoke, but was unmasked and thwarted by Superman again, being slammed into the chimney of his traveling cart.

Nick O' Teen was made a part of a British anti-smoking campaign from the 1980's.
Nick O' Teen's name is ostensibly a play on words for "nicotine", a chemical found in cigarettes.
