RedVegiemon is a minor villain in Digimon Adventure 01 and 02.
Appearance
RedVegiemon is a Champion Level Digimon that looks like a larger version of Vegiemon. His tentacles are bigger and they have spikes on the ends.
Digimon Adventure 01
RedVegiemon first appeared when Puppetmon fought the Digidestined in a final showdown. They were defeated easily one by one by the kid's partner Digimon. The last RedVegiemon wanted to come along with Puppetmon to escape, but Puppetmon killed it with his Puppet Pummel attack.
Digimon Adventure 02
A RedVegiemon reappeared under the control of the evil Digimon Emperor. He easily beats Veemon in a battle, but Veemon Digivolved to Flamedramon to fight him back. After the Control Spire was destroyed, RedVegiemon was free from the Digimon Emperor's control.

Profile
A reinforced version of Vegiemon, this Digimon's entire body has ripened a shady red. He's entirely different from the immature Vegiemon, since he's strong in both offensive power and knowledge. Vegiemon ripen into RedVegiemon more than they evolve into other Digimon, and it seems that they ripen in order to withstand the severe environments of the Folder continent. He is more cunning and craftier, too. His special attack is "Hazard Breath", which emits an intensive ghastly smell full of poison that kills everything around him. Those who put their hand out at RedVegiemon thinking he's his pre-evolved form get severely shocked.
