SCP-178-1


SCP-178-1 are major antagonists of the SCP Foundation universe. SCP-178-1 is a yellow alien-like creature. It is specific for having multiple black eyes on it's head.

SCP - Containment Breach

In SCP Containment Breach, SCP-178 is found in the Light Containment Zone, and Level 3 Key Card is required in order to use SCP-178. If the player has SCP-178 on, the whole map would change into a purpleish-colour, and they will begin seeing SCP-178-1. SCP-178-1 would just stare at the player, but wouldn't attack them. However, if the player touches SCP-178-1, they will begin attacking.

SCP-178 and SCP-178-1 have been featuerd in the 1.1 version of the game, before being removed in version 1.3.10.

SCP - Containment Breach (Unity)

SCP-178-1 is only visible when wearing the 3D Specs glasses, better known as SCP-178. If a test-subject makes any contacts with SCP-178-1, the SCP would instantly begin attacking the test subject, untill it's dead.

Both SCP-178 and SCP-178-1 appear in a song on the internet called the SCP-178 song created by Glenn Leroi, which gained 868,736 views.

Trivia

  • SCP-178-1 is similar to SCP-966. Considering both are invisible without equipment and both are hostile species.
