The Team Mariposa is an antagonistic faction in the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne Arc of the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.
They are a group led by Kinnikuman Mariposa, one of the Five Fated Princes, after he came in contact with the God of Flight.
History
After Kinnikuman Mariposa met with the God of Flight who convinced Mariposa that he may be the real Prince of Planet Kinniku, Mariposa hired a group of four powerful Chojin who he would grant high status to once he was King, to become King, Mariposa alongside the other Five Fated Princes and Kinnikuman would fight in the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne to determine who was the real prince of Planet Kinniku.
Team Mariposa would be set to fight against Team Kinniku. During this match, one by one, all of the members would lose and die, ending with Team Mariposa being defeated, ending his ambitions.
The rest of Team Mariposa are seemingly never revived.
