Tooya is a minor antagonist in Power Rangers Samurai and serves as one of the two main antagonists (alongside Scorpionic) of two-part episode "Origins".
He was the first of the Nighloks to appear, armed with a pair of swords that double as guns. He was destroyed easily by Jayden in battle. Tooya then resurrected into a giant that was destroyed by the Folding Zords. He is later seen attending the Nighlok afterlife Halloween party, trading his war stories about the rangers with the other deceased Nighloks in Nighlok Heaven in the episode "Party Monsters".
He is voiced by Wesley Dowdell.
Trivia
- Even though he was the first Nighlok, he did not appear in the first episode aired. However he appeared in the promo.
- In the game Rangers Together Samurai Forever on Nickelodeon, his name is Tooyain.
