Nothing is known about the medic's life before the apocalypse, however it is assumed that he was a medic or in a similar profession previously.

"The New Frontier"

As Jake and Alicia carried an unconscious Luciana into the camp, the medic rushed over to examine Luciana. As Nick attempted to speak to Luciana, the medic informed him that she likely couldn't hear him as she was unconscious. After getting the okay from Jeremiah to bring Luciana to the infirmary, two of the medic's assistants rush over with a stretcher for transport.

Post-Anthrax/Horde Attack

When Broke Jaw Ranch suffered a zombie outbreak after Ofelia poisoned the ranch's militia with anthrax, it is not known what happened to this resident. If he survived the attack, he was then killed off when the zombies broke through the RV wall or was one of the many to succumb to suffocation in the pantry and die or be killed by zombified residents.
