"No Sanctuary"

This Terminus butcher is first seen carving up the body of Alex, the brother of their leader Gareth, with another Terminus resident. After the hostages of Terminus are set down at the pig trough, he prepares his machetes by scraping them together. He then goes over to Sam and watches him getting knocked out by the other butcher with a baseball bat before slitting Sam's throat. After an explosion outside caused by Carol Peletier, the man and his fellow survivor are told to stay inside by Gareth, who came to interrogate Rick Grimes. While the two are busy talking, Rick manages to cut off his restraints and stabs the man in the neck and chest, killing him. Rick tells the other survivors to let the butchers turn.
