| Into the Wild & Fire and Ice | Rusty joins ThunderClan and becomes an apprentice named Firepaw.[22] After driving Brokenstar out of ShadowClan, Firepaw gets his warrior name of Fireheart.[23] Fireheart and Graystripe help WindClan return to their territory after Brokenstar's leaderships ends.[24] ShadowClan and RiverClan try to drive WindClan from their territory, but fail when ThunderClan comes to help.[25] |
| Forest of Secrets & Rising Storm | Tigerclaw is exiled from ThunderClan.[26] Fireheart becomes deputy.[27] Tigerclaw and some ShadowClan cats attack a ThunderClan patrol, killing Runningwind.[28] A fire burns the majority of ThunderClan territory.[29] |
| A Dangerous Path & The Darkest Hour | Tigerstar becomes leader of ShadowClan.[30] Bluestar dies from drowning, after falling over the gorge.[31] Firestar becomes the leader of ThunderClan.[32] LionClan beats off BloodClan, and keeps the forest as their home.[33] |
| Midnight & Moonrise | One cat from each Clan is chosen by StarClan to find Midnight and hear StarClan's important message.[34] The six cats travel to the sun-drown place and discover Midnight is a badger.[21] Midnight tells them that the Clans must leave the forest as a great danger is coming.[35] The six warriors arrive at the Tribe of Rushing Water.[36] Stormfur is initially thought to be the silver cat that would save the Tribe from Sharptooth.[37] Feathertail dies killing Sharptooth and fulfills the prophecy.[38] |
| Dawn & Starlight | The five warriors return to the Clans to find the forest devastated and their Clans starving.[39] Leafpaw and several other Clan cats are captured by Twolegs.[40] Graystripe is taken away by Twolegs after the trapped cats are rescued.[41] ShadowClan's camp is destroyed and the Clans leave the forest. The Clans settle into the new camps in the lake territories.[42] Mudclaw's Rebellion takes place.[43] Leafpaw discovers the Moonpool.[44] A falling tree kills Mudclaw and ends the rebellion, providing the Clans a way to cross the lake to the island for Gatherings.[45] |
| Twilight & Sunset | Squirrelflight, Brambleclaw, Tawnypelt, and several others drive off hostile kittypets in ShadowClan territory.[46] Leafpool helps Mothwing heal RiverClan of a terrible sickness.[47] Leafpool and Crowfeather run away from the Clans to be together.[48] Badgers attack ThunderClan out of revenge, resulting in catastrophic damage and death.[49] ThunderClan rebuilds itself following the deadly badger attack.[50] Hawkfrost chases Stormfur and Brook out of RiverClan unfairly and they return to ThunderClan.[51] Firestar accepts Graystripe is gone and appoints Brambleclaw as the new Clan deputy.[52] Brambleclaw kills Hawkfrost to save Firestar from a fox trap, fulfilling the "Blood will spill blood" prophecy.[53] |
