Lauren Sassen is a Canadian storyboard artist and revisionist, character designer and fabrication, and character paint technician. She was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lauren is known for working on Adult Swim's Robot Chicken and Robot Chicken DC Comics Special II: Villians in Paradise, and Nickelodeon's WWE Slam City as a character fabricator and is known for working as a puppet painter for the stop-motion film, Anomalisa.
She is a character designer, storyboard artist, and storyboard revisionist for the Cartoon Network original series We Bare Bears. She storyboarded the episode "Brother Up" and revised the first six BearBomb episodes. She was also a character designer for the episode "Viral Video", designing the background cats and octopus, Liz, and Porkins.[1]
Career
From 2006 to 2010, Lauren attended Laguna College of Art and Design[2], studying in animation, illustration, and minor sculpture.
