Synopsis
Nancy's and U-Turn's lives entangle; Celia and Doug make deals with Sullivan Groff; Conrad takes matters into his own hands; Shane starts summer school.
Plot
U-turn continues to drag Nancy deeper into his world; Sullivan courts Doug and Celia for support of his plans; Andy goes to strange lengths to hide from the military; Nancy puts Shane in a summer school program in Majestic; Nancy reluctantly lets Silas sell for her, but he does well; Conrad and Heylia seem to have their own mysterious plan for getting rid of U-turn.
