Abstract (please use no less than 300 words to describe your proposal): Few month ago, a former French actor came at the WMFr office to said "Sorry I'm not dead". When he tried to change the uncorrect information on Wikipedia, its changes were immediatly reverted : "suspiscious change" ! Biographies of living people are often problematic on Wikipedia. What can we do to improve, prevent errors or malicious intent ? Make it reliable and neutral ? To enable those concerned to easily report an error ? , How chapters could help ? ...
