Serbian smoke gets in Belfast eyes

It is almost impossible to get away from cigarette smoke in Serbia. We have the third highest rates of smoking in Europe—31% of women and 40% of men. There are only a few effectively smoke free areas in buses, cinemas, theatres, and at the top of remote mountains. Fags are as cheap as chips and people smoke through meals, at meetings, in their offices, over coffee, and around their children.
