Si quis diligit me, sermonem meum servabit, et Pater meus diliget eum.
Pacem relinquo vobis, pacem meam do vobis.
Non turbetur cor vestrum, quia vado ad Patrem.
Si diligeretis me, gauderetis utique.

German translation

Wenn jemand mich liebt, so wird er mein Wort befolgen, und mein Vater wird ihn lieben.
Den Frieden lasse ich euch zurück, meinen Frieden gebe ich euch.
Euer Herz werde nicht verstört, denn ich gehe zum Vater.
Wenn ihr mich liebtet, würdet ihr euch jedenfalls freuen.

English translation

If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, for I go unto the Father.
If ye loved me, ye would rejoice.
