Tribulatio cordis mei multiplicata est.
De necessitatibus meis erue me Domine.
Vide humilitatem meam et laborem meum
et dimitte omnia peccata mea.

The sorrows of my heart are enlarged,
O Lord, bring me out of my troubles.
Look upon my adversity and misery
and forgive me all my sin.
