I actually don't own this book Yet. But looks like I will have to buy it. The nearest library with it is >40 miles away. I have tried to MORE it (statewide) and ILL it, to no avail. I will say that I've seen it and I can see this is a book I will be needing now and again. I will likely be adding more to my review. My research has just gotten to where is book will be useful. Update: I convinced my local public library to buy the book and I patiently waited for months. It finally came in and I have had it for almost a month. Now, as long as nobody steals it, I won't have to buy it.… (more)
