This was a really sweet debut novel. I really loved the dual timeline. You get to experience Allie and Jake fall in love as teenagers and you get to see them reconnect ten years later. I loved how it all unraveled. Jake was the sweetest cinnamon roll of a book boyfriend ever. I think we all dream of being loved by someone the way he loves Allie.

Overall, this was an adorably sweet second chance romance. It was paced in a way that made it an easy and quick read. I can’t wait to see what this author writes next!… (more)
