This installment, Book 2 in the Children of the Dragon Nimbus (the final trilogy in the long Dragon Nimbus series of series) was quite enjoyable. Plenty of action, several familiar characters who grew and developed over the course of the events, and some new characters in key roles. I have hopes that the final book will not be a let-down, but will wrap things up satisfactorily. Fingers crossed...

Slow-going and somewhat aimless at first, but then it settled into a better pace, with more direction and action. A bit predictable but enjoyable.

Definitely one of the better books in the Dragon Nimbus series of series. While there is still a bit too much whining (yes, I know some of the major characters are teenagers), the author focuses more on the action and some genuine character development. I really didn’t need yet one more villain to survive at the end, nursing a need for revenge and dominance, giving the author the option to write yet another trilogy or quartet.

More action in this installment of the Stargods Trilogy, and (somewhat) less endless repetition of the O’Hara brothers obsessive ruminations.
