Grant's clearly written guide to the art of leather braiding contains detailed illustrations, step-by-step instructions, and a wealth of incidental, fascinating information.

A Start-Right Elf book. Written for children, but what details there are are technologically correct. A simple story of what occurs during a 3-man-mission of earth orbit.

I am fond of early space books. Usually I am amused at the inaccurate speculation of these books, but this one is nice for the opposite reason. By 1968 enough Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions had come to successful conclusion that this children's book has an accurate and straightforward picture of a routine orbital mission. In spite of the simplicity of this book, it as in interesting historical look at our space beginnings.½
