“Wolves” is a book informing students on different types of wolves, their characteristics, and the importance of preserving this species. The author clearly believes that the wolf is a beautiful creature that is very intelligent, and an awesome hunter. This text gives the reader a greater understanding and respect for wolves. The author uses many adjectives to describe this animal such as intelligent, amazing, and strong allowing the reader to realize that the wolf is in fact a beautiful and powerful creature. People need to become more aware of the extinction of wolves, seeing as the number of wolves has reduced drastically due to hunting. This book was very informative and discussed the many different species of wolves as well as the development of pups to adult wolves. After reading this book one is able to gain more insight on wolves and their difficult lives.… (more)
