This is almost certainly the most in-depth, well-researched and rationaled discussion I've ever seen of how to get jacked. :) Packed with tons of study references and well-based in experience with serious bodybuilders, this is a fantastic resource for the intermediate-advanced lifter focused on getting huge. The only downside I can see to it is that there are no sample programs included -- only general program design principles. Still, this is the best resource I've seen for serious bodybuilding, so I'd recommend reading this and then finding some program that looks good to you, and modifying accordingly.… (more)
