About the Author
Kate Jacobs grew up near Vancouver, British Columbia. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa and a master's degree from NYU. After some unpaid internships, she became an assistant to the books and fiction editor at Redbook magazine. Before she started show more writing books, she was an editor at Working Woman and Family Life and a freelance writer and editor at the website for Lifetime Television.
