Clear and helpful.

THis book provides a nice insight into the beginnings of many top lampworkers, mainly based in the U.S. The tutorials are also well written. I am already familiar with most of the techniques used in the book, so the artist bios appealed to me the most. This would be an excellent resource for those new to the craft.

Not as useful as her book "Making Glass Beads", but good nonetheless.

This book is an excellent value for someone wanting to try their hand at making glass beads. All the beginner information is presented in good detail here, from equipment to supplies to technique. If you're new to lampwork, you can't go wrong with Cindy Jenkins' book.
