Probably 3.75, but I'm okay with rounding up here. My only issue was the last section (side E) seemed disjointed.

I really enjoyed the tidbits of trivia surrounding the chapters focused on the protagonist and his mother. I couldn't wait to listen to The Four Seasons again after reading about the Red Priest.

As a bonus, Joyce includes a link to the book playlist in the back. Check it out.

Joyce tells a harrowing tale with a stiff upper lip. Sometimes funny or absurd. Sometimes sad and real. Throw in some adventure and mischief and characters well developed and you have a novel.
