C+ (Okay).

A boy visits a whimsical land where he learns about learning.

There are some good jokes scattered throughout, and a moment of surprisingly profound insight at the climax. But most of the time, it just didn't connect with me. It's pure whimsy, with no sense of reality to ground it. And it doesn't have the efficiency, or density of quality, necessary to pull off being ungrounded.
