Green Arrow (whose kevlar armor has been acknowledged to be less than ideal in terms of coverage) and Felicity (genius but otherwise ordinary lady) are walking down a hallway in a tall building. Felicity trips a wire that triggers a large explosion. Arrow and Felicity are shown falling from the building apart from one another, then she's shown holding onto him as he grappling-arrows them back up to safety with nary a scratch.

This is nothing if not a dive into characters we've all begun to know and love (or me, at least). The story isn't exactly brilliant or cohesive, but I enjoyed the sentiments. I enjoyed it, damnit!

What a nightmare everyone's going through. I can't even tell if it's worse for the victims or the survivors.

I love Arrow (that Stephen Amell is seriously yum helps too!). It's one of those series where you find yourself shouting at the characters - No, please don't do that very daft thing - but they inevitably do.
