Love Judith’s teachings

I have taken class with her and that is not Judith Hanson on the cover. She is not capable of doing half the poses in this book so I'm confused why it is being presented in this book. I like yoga teachers that walk there talk.

I already owned many books on anatomy and was wondering if this book was worth buying. I didn't regret my decision to buy.

Good explanation of yoga "tenents" and how to incorporate them int daily living. Will need to be retread over time to incorporate the suggested practices.
