This book takes Mafia to a whole new dark and twisted level. The amount of details that the author uses in this story is insane. I can't imagine what it is like inside her head to come up with this story of elite trained killers, depraved monsters, and two sick but lovable main characters.

Great conclusion to the first story. Glad to see they got their happily ever after after a tumultuous journey and a chance for a "normal" life.

What an amazing conclusion to a phenomenal trilogy. I am sad to see this story end. It was tragic but it was also beautiful. Beauty can grow from ugliness and sometimes, just like the author says, you need the dark to see the stars.

The love story of Rafeal and Anna will hold a special place for me. I loved also seeing so much more of Una and Nero. I'm looking forward to Sasha's story and hopefully down the line maybe Samuel, Lucas, and Carlos.

Sweet holy hell

This book... I'm speechless. I shouldn't be as this author is one that does this to me often so I should be used to it. Priest stories are not and miss for me. Maybe, because I was raised Catholic and the priests were nothing like Judas in looks of the wolf in priest's clothes.

I loved the underlying theme of dark vs light, good vs evil, and how the pure are even tempted. I appreciated the depth that this author out into the story and the symbology behind her choices; Judas, Delilah the dichotomy of a drug dealer/priest, owing of sins...The list is endless. Judas was delicious and I loved his backstory and cannot wait for the rest of his family to get a story. I'm intrigued by Saint and Jase.… (more)

Very different story than I was expecting. I thought I'd get to see their relationship progress. It still had the religious elements seen from Judas's story from the Cards of Love book, but Saint is on a whole new level of cray than Judd or Jase. I felt the story had great promise but fell short for me since there was so much I don't know.
