Old Children's Book. Liked it as a kid, but haven't read it in years.

Nesbit, the Grimm Brothers, Mme de Beaumont, and others. Imaginative illustrations in black and white by Annabel Spenceley. The Kingfisher series is excellent for parents to read aloud, or for children age 6 to 9 to read alone. 14 stories, 160 pages.
