I like the way this book shows the unique relationship kids and their toys have, and the little bit of parent humor tossed in there.

Yes. A book where a rock is the voice. A rock. What will they think of next?

It's a story of contentment and also not judging something based on your own thoughts and experiences.....after all, this rock had more of an adventure than the Hummingbird and pine tree gave him credit for.
