I have the 1987 edition of this cookbook. I received this cookbook in 1989, from my (then) mother-in-law. Over the past 20 years, I have used many of the recipes and have had success with every one of them. It is a straightforward cookbook and the recipes, developed by a 4-H Specialist and the former Head of the Alabama Foods & Nutrition office, are easy to understand an implement. I plan to either purchase a copy for both of my children when they're grown or make copies of mine & pass it on to them in my will.… (more)
