2024 movie #83. 1952. in 1845. Gable and Crawford slug it out over statehood for Texas and Ava Gardner's heart. Gable wins both battles. Decent Western.

2022 movie #150. 1942. Bogart plays a high stakes gambler in NYC who's favorite baker is found dead. This leads him to a nest of Nazi sympathizers planning to blow up a ship in the harbor. Bogart was his charmingly best in this, somewhat serious and somewhat comedic, movie.

2022 movie #146. 1939. Bogart is the mysterious Dr. X, brought back to life 7 years before by a mad scientist now has to kill to get the rare blood type he needs to survive. Bogart apparently hated being in this movie and who can blame him.
