Kiss the Ground: How the Food You Eat Can Reverse… by Josh Tickell

The hubris required to think that the food you eat can reverse climate change is amazing particularly since the climate has been changing for five or six billion years. Embrace change, it's the only thing that is constant and your food certainly isn't going to to stop it.
