About My Library
My library on LibraryThing is incomplete, but... I am getting close to having them all here! In fact, I'm preparing to downsize, thus sorting books and selling many in the fields of women's studies, communication, cinema, and more on amazon.com.
About Me
I'm a professor emerita of communication, a photographer and a deacon in the Episcopal Church. I have published two books: "WATERLINE: landscape with voices," based on the traveling exhibit "WATERLINE: a photographic installation" that recreated the post-Katrina floodline in the city of New Orleans. (self-published) A book of my sermons has also been published: A Rock with a Heart: Finding Heaven on Earth (Parsons Porch Press).

My photographs appear in juried shows nationally. In addition to the natural world, I photograph architecture and agriculture, have a special fondness for construction sites, and do street photography when the opportunity arises.
