The Beatles blamed for Global Drug Use by Russian Drug Chief

There's an article on www.msn.com that says the Russian Drug Chief is blaming The Beatles for Global Drug Use. Can you believe it??? He says The Fab Four were responsible for causing a boom in the World Wide Drug use because of songs like Day Tripper & Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. I guess he doesn't like Back in the U.S.S.R. either. I guess if you're gonna blame someone you might as blame one of the most popular groups from the 60s who also started The British Invasion here in the States in '64.
I don't know about everyone else here but I happen to love the songs Day Tripper & Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. I guess the Russian Drug Chief never heard of the saying, Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll. He must have taken a lesson from President Obama about blaming all his problems on someone else. Seeing how I was a child through out the entire decade of the 60s I never did any drugs. I was 2 years old in 1960 and 11 years old in 1969 in the year of Woodstock, The Rolling Stones Free Concert at the Altamont Speedway, the Landing on the Moon & the New York Mets winning the World Series. What the Russian Drug Chief doesn't understand is that EVERYONE did Drugs in the 60s. It wasn't just The Beatles. I can't think of one major Artist or group from
that era who didn't do drugs at one time or another. So he isn't just blaming his own Country's problems on The Beatles but the entire World's Drug usage is the fault of The Beatles. Just to let everyone know, when I said, I guess he doesn't like Back in
the U.S.S.R either, it was meant as sarcasm.
