I starred your thread several months ago, although I am not a group member, because it seemed to be 'not too big and not too small, it was just right' ...

It motivated me to formulate my own list (not a chance in Hades that I can achieve even 500 books, let alone 1000+) and I guess-timate 70-80 thus far. I see that 5 of your books for 2018 match my current or past reads. I have just started The Blind Assassin, which I see appears on 3 different lists; 1001, Top 150 CanLit (CBC), BFBs (over 600p.).

I loved A Tale of Two Cities, which one of my sons studied in high school and wanted me to race him to the finish. Also, Cat's Eye, which his twin found riveting and I wanted to know why!
