Hi
What was your opinion of Seduced by Moonlight? That's on my book challenge To Read list and after skimming the first 10 pages or so I thought it looked very promising. I haven't read that author before or any of this series...is it worth reading out of order in your opinion? Thanks
(sorry about the deleted message, for some reason it posted the same one twice. )

You'll want to start with Kiss of Shadows. It is very important in Hamilton's series to read them in order.

I totally agree with Morphidae, you really should start with Kiss of Shadows. And just so you know, in December of this year, the sixth book in the series, A Lick of Frost, is coming out.

How did you like the Gunslinger? I bought it on a whim at a used book sale, but haven't opened it yet.

I liked the first three Dark Tower books, but couldn't get through the fourth one. I really enjoyed the first three, and I thought there were several interesting plot points and literary devices, so I was really disappointed that I never had any desire to keep reading the fourth.

#14 That's funny, my best friend read Wizard and Glass first and loved it, then she went back and read the first ones. She said if she had started with The Gunslinger she would never have kept reading. I read the first three and never got around to finishing the series (of course that was before 5, 6, and 7 came out). I found that I didn't like the books but I did want to know what happened.
Maybe I'll finish them someday.

Well, I've finished 50 books so whatever I read after this is icing on the cake. The number of books I finish this year will be my goal for next year.
