Kitty and her hot super-powered alien husband move their spy games to Washington, D.C. It’s designer dresses cut so as not to impede chasing the baddies, well-trained animal guardians, and orgasms reenacted on the boardroom table. OK, 3.5 stars. The critters are fun. ( ) This edition started a little differently than I'm used to. It wasn't fear and adrenaline right away, we start out seeing Kitty doing seemingly normal things with seemingly normal people. Of course that quickly changes to "who is out to get us" and "how many plots are there?" I love that they keep bringing in friends of Kitty's from her past. Now we have a sorority sister in the mix...will she end up with an A-C??? Also was pleased to see Len and Kyle back and the lengths Kyle went to in order to prove himself to Kitty. And Pierre coming to help was a pleasant surprise as well. Of course in the end Kitty and her friends must save the day and the world. It was fast paced, had my heart racing and in the end the entire plot tends to blow your mind. Including who all the "bad guys" end up being. Still loving this series, still highly recommend it! Kitty is learning what it takes to be a Washington Wife, so a class with people that reminds you why you hated high school. Along the way her limo is blown up, she's shot at, makes new friends and discovers enemies that have been part of the group trying to get rid of her. Looking forward to Alien vs Alien, but now I actually have to wait for it! TLDR: I gave the book 3.5 stars – will round up to 4 just cuz it makes me laugh.
