What would you do if you were sitting quietly in your living room when two mysterious strangers appeared from out of nowhere-and then told you they were 'ascended masters' who had come to reveal some shocking secrets of existence and teach you the miraculous powers of advanced forgiveness? Would you call the police? Call a psychiatrist? Call for takeaway? When two such teachers appeared before Gary Renard in 1992, he chose to listen to them (and ask a lot of questions). The result is this startling CD set: an extraordinary record of 17 mind bending conversations that took place over nearly a decade, reorienting the author's life and giving the world an uncompromising introduction to a spiritual teaching destined to change human history.… (more)

Greetings, god's children. This is a book that explores the principles of A Course in Miracles. The book discusses the illusion of this physical world and how we can awaken to our true spiritual nature. Renard's writing is clear and accessible, and he uses his own experiences to illustrate the teachings. While some may find the concepts challenging, those who are open to it will find much wisdom within these pages. Remember, you are not separate from god (according to the author), nor from each other. All is love. ( )

This book challenges all prior thought and is a book one will re-read over & over & over! ( )

Freudian concepts of unconscious guilt are prevelant, and brought to the fore with zeal. Forgiveness is emphasized as the ultimate method for finding a path to the truth, and complements very well concepts in buddism, and Christianity. Renard does a good job of reconciling Eastern and Western philosophies; his Socratic method of dialogue with "ascended masters" may be viewed with tongue in cheek as apposed to taking literally. However, the message and power at times is no less relevant no matter what the style or source.
