This is a collection of classic Nursery Rhymes. The book is more for a very young audience, but is still a great find. It has short nursery rhymes and great brightly colored Disney pictures to go with each rhyme. The book also has hard pages to hold up to little hands. It also comes with a read along Cd.
Personal Reaction:
I loved this book. It is one of my toddlers favorites but my 7 year old loves to read it and have it read to him also. The pictures are so vibrant, it really helps bring these classics to life again.
Classroom Extensions:
1. I would use this book to introduce rhyming to my students and would have them try to make up their own rhyme using spelling words.
2. I would use this book for story time for pre-k or kindergarteners. (
