After what happened in the previous books, the pop band and the girls are now close friends. The girls, who came with Rachel's parents and are camping with them in the camping area, were given backstage passes. When setting up the tent, Rachel found a sparkly flag, and when she unrolled it, out came Destiny the Rock Star Fairy. Destiny invited the girls to Fairyland where the Fairyland Music Festival rehearsals were just beginning. When the Superstar Fairies begin their rehearsal, everything goes wrong. They soon realize it is because Jack Frost stole the fairies clef necklaces that make performances in both the fairy and real world go smoothly. Destiny sends Rachel, Kirsty, and Jessie the lyric fairy back to the real world to save the day, and both music festivals. Together, the girls work together and catch one of Jack Frost's goblins, trick him into taking of the clef necklace Frost had given him, and save the Angels opening performance of their hit song!
