No current Talk conversations about this book. “Old MacDonald Had a Farm,” sung by cool cat Pete and perfect for sing-along time with young readers. Pete The Cat goes on an adventure to a farm where he meets different farm animals. On his adventure, as he rides a tractor, Pete learns what the names are for each animal along with what sounds they make. The book goes along with the classic tune "Old McDonald had a Farm". As Pete discovers each new animal on a new page, the previous animals are scattered on the page. Addition to that, as new animals are discovered both the adult and baby animals are shown. (This is a good way to go back and teach children that baby animals have different names such as "calf, duckling, kitten, pony" etc. ) The book is colorful and full of details. The pages are full-bleed. This is a great book for children to sing along and interact with. Pete The Cat has much more adventures that he goes on and teaches the reader new things. no reviews | add a review
