It took me awhile to get to the 2nd book but I still really enjoyed it. I predict I will get to the 3rd book much faster. (

Probably one of the most solid sophomore novels I've ever encountered! Absolutely loved how deeply we got to dive into characters we met in book one. We don't know everything about how this world works, but that's exactly what makes me, as a reader, want to keep reading! In fact, I'd make this review longer but I am desperate to swan-dive into book III of this awesome series.

Do yourself a favor. READ THIS SERIES! (

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this book. This book, and the series that it is part of, is perhaps the best fantasy series I have read in many years. When I opened the pages I found that the rest of the world melted around me and I became completely absorbed in the characters and their trials. I cannot wait for further books in the series. (
